Two-bedroom house with magnificent harbour views. Located on the popular Harbourside Park development just moments from the harbourside side and a few minutes walk to Poole Quay and the towns facilities. Features both a courtyard garden and a sunny balcony.

The property has been comprehensively furnished. Ground floor single bedroom (with harbour views), open plan living / dining area with sliding doors leading to courtyard garden area. Separate fully fitted kitchen. Stairs to first floor. Master bedroom with doors to balcony area and stunning views of Poole Harbour, also benefits from 27inch flat screen TV. Family bathroom (bath with shower over, sink and toilet).

Parking - One allocated parking space in the development`s outside area and further (first come first served) visitors parking.

Services - Duvets and linen provided (including bath and beach towels). Central Heating. Hairdryer.

Technology - 40 inch flat screen television in living area, plus DVD player. Sky TV services. 27 inch flat screen television in master bedroom. WIFI facility.

This really is the ideal Retreat.

Lovely property with amazing views from the balcony. The house is modern and furnished to a high standard and very comfortable. Within easy walking distance of Poole Quay / town centre.
