Bournecoast are pleased to present this modern, spacious one bedroom ground floor apartment. The apartment has been tastefully furnished throughout. The property is ideally situated just a short walk from Bournemouth Centre in one direction and Boscombe Gardens leading to Boscombe Beach in the other. This accommodation is perfect for a couple looking for a relaxing break with all amenities close by.

BEDROOMS - This apartment has one spacious Double Bedroom with a FLATSCREEN TV leading to an ensuite shower room with a toilet. There is a lounge/diner with a FLATSCREEN TV - FREEVIEW - FREE WIFI (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider). Leading off the lounge is the kitchen area which includes an GAS HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - WASHER/DRYER - FRIDGE - MICROWAVE. Visitors have access to the communal garden situated in the grounds of this block of apartments (this is the closest apartment to the communal garden). There is off road parking on a first come first served basis and there is also road parking available (please note these spaces are not reserved or guaranteed). Linen & towels included for holiday lets are provided by Resort 2 Us. EPC GRADE - C. GAS/ELECTRIC - INCLUDED.

LOCAL AREA
Comfortably situated between Bournemouth and Christchurch, Boscombe is a slightly smaller, quieter part. Whilst being an integral part of Bournemouth, Boscombe offers a variety of amenities should you wish to remain local. Known for being a seaside resort with an abundance of shopping and activity of its own, Boscombe is close enough to central Bournemouth for you to walk, travel by car or bus to take full advantage in exploring both places. Whilst Bournemouth is famous for its chines, Boscombe has its own. Boscombe Chine is verdant delight of woodland walks where you may watch out for squirrels, and with a round of crazy gold thrown in for good measure. Surrounded by the famous sandy beaches of Bournemouth and for those who like to start the day the right way, the sea off Boscombe beach is perfect for an early morning swim. Offering a clean, quiet beach for you to make use of and with its own pier, Boscombe is located in an area which allows you to easily explore the surrounding areas. The seasonal land train runs along the promenade underneath the cliffs to the coastal town centre of Bournemouth with its extensive shopping and entertainment facilities, a plethora of restaurants and bars and the fabulous award winning beaches of the area.

Bournemouth in September

The property was smaller than we expected as the photos seemed to exaggerate the room sizes. The table and chairs were only big enough for small children. ( disappointing) The bed was of a poor standard and it was impossible to keep the pillows on the mattress as they squeezed through the gap under the headboard.

I rate this Apartment 5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ because it's a truly Beautiful place to stay & such a great location as you get the Best of Boscombe & it's Seafront & Pier in walking distance from the Apartment & then you are also able to walk along the Seafront to Bournemouth Pier if you so choose to but if you don't then you can Hop-on-Hop-Off thier local Bus or you can get on their land train by the Seafront I hope you will enjoy your stay at this Apartment as much as I did. 🙂💕
