The single storey property has been recently refurbished to a high standard and offers excellant facilities for couples wishing to 'get away from it all'. The double room has built in wardrobes, and large dressing area and even desk space for those that have to catch up emails. The living areas are spacious and have Oak flooring, origina beams and a wood burner for those colder evenings. A conservatory offers an additional seating area to enjoy a good book or reflect on the days activities. The market town of Barnstaple is just a 7 miles drive, whilst the coastal town of Ilfracombe is just three miles and offers a variety of facilities including excellant eateries, shingle beach, beautiful coastal walks, aracades and local fishing trips from the harbour.
