About this property

This is a gorgeous guest suite on a working vineyard. A double room with a modern ensuite and its own private entrance. Perfect for a couple. It has stunning views overlooking mountains and valleys. You will have your own private terrace space for lounging, eating out, BBQ etc. Some basic cooking facilities are provided in the room including your own small fridge, kettle and toaster. In addition there is outdoor kitchen and bar space shared with other visitors for those balmy evenings.

About the host

Your host

I am a single mum and had an office job specializing in wireless telecommunications for more that 28 years. Once my children went off to University , I decided it was "my time" and so went to Napa Valley California to do a degree in Viticulture and Oenology. Once I finished that I decided to move to Spain and start a vineyard here.

Why they chose this property

The mountain views, the peace & quiet. It had the right aspects for a vineyard. It was already a wheat farm with annual crops for many years. I decided I was going to change that and start looking at newer regenerative techniques to help the land, the soil and water recover.

What makes this property unique

You can simply come and see the projects we do here to mitigate climate change e.g. soil recovery, plant trees , rain water harvesting, water regeneration into the aquifers etc. All the things I am passionate about and lend a hand of course if you like!! Plus taste the wine, the olive oil, other products and produce on the farm. Just your stay will help - as I do use the income generated, and put it towards the ongoing projects.
One free bottle of house wine will be provided for weekend guests staying over on a Friday or Saturday night. (Subject to availability)
A breakfast tray option is available with at least 24 hours notice at €8 per person or €7.50 for two people. Please see accompanying photos and if possible order as soon as possible after your booking. All produce is either home made or locally sourced. It consists of bread/rolls. 200ml O. Juice, 130gm homemade yoghurt, homemade marmalade, locally sourced honey, locally sourced goats cheese, seasonal fruit.
