This property is 5 minutes walk to the seaside, food markets, and restaurants. Waikiki beach is 10 minutes walk away. Porto Montenegro and Tivat city centre are 20 minutes walking away by the sea side.

Ivy House consists of 3 luxurious and self-contained apartments with balconies and private entrances, each apartment spreading over an entire floor.

The penthouse is spread over an entire floor, with a separate entrance for complete privacy. Spread over entire floor.

Both bedrooms are en suite. One bedroom features a king size bed whilst the other has 2 large single beds (or a king size bed on your request).

This is Ideal accommodation for a family of 4, 2 couples or 4 friends.

Great stay in Tivat!

The apartment was very clean, well equipped and spacious with a great view from the roof top terrace over the bay. The pool was lovely to have in the heat and we enjoyed some moonlight swims too. The hosts were very helpful and hospitable and couldn’t do enough for us! A great holiday was had by all!
