It has a large living/dining room, a large modern fully-fitted kitchen and guest toilet and quiet area on the ground floor. The pool is accessed through double French doors off the dining area with a covered outside sitting area. There is also a good sized shady terrace for enjoying breakfast at the front of the villa. Upstairs there is a family bathroom and three bedrooms, each with their own balconies plus a large family balcony with sea views. There is one double bedroom with a wet-room and a large sea view private balcony and two single bedrooms, each enjoying a small private balcony. In the basement you will find a tv lounge and laundry room. Next to the main house is a separate guest house with a living room with a double sofa bed, a shower room and a fully fitted kitchenette on the ground floor and double bedroom and shower room at basement level.

The villa is located within a twenty minute walk to Stavros beach and ten minutes to two min-markets. There are a good selection of tavernas in Stavros so it is possible to stay at the villa without a car, but we would recommend one for those wishing to explore.
