La propreté du sol de la chambre laissait à désirer, présence de fuite d’eau, absence de la télécommande de la télé alors que celle-ci était prévue dans la réservation, erreur de code d’ouverture de la porte de la chambre à notre arrivée… en bref plusieurs petits problèmes rendant le séjours moins agréable

Les deux seules fois où nous avons été contactés c’était pour nous demander notre IBAN pour régler la location ! Alors que nous avions réglé via le site ABRITEL, ou d’ailleurs il est bien indiqué que nous ne devons en aucun cas passé par un autre process de règlement ! Dans le descriptif il est indiqué parking dans les équipements, parking inexistant. Malgré nos différents contacts par e-mail et téléphone, ceux-ci sont restés sans réponses. Dommage !
