Our company carries out electronic invoicing to the customer, therefore, immediately after booking, Italian customers will be asked to provide their residential address and tax code, while for foreign customers it will be sufficient to provide the residential address to complete the customer record. The data is mandatory, the non-communication of the same following the booking can lead to cancellation by us, with a penalty for the guest.

Suite - Small studio apartment
Composed of a living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette, bathroom with shower cubicle. Private equipped space road side. Shared with the guests of the other apartments is a beautiful green area equipped with sunbeds and deckchairs complete with a barbecue area.

- bed linen and towels not included: it can be added at a cost of 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking) or it can be brought from home; not bookable on site

Information for key collection:
Normally the keys are delivered directly to the property by the owners or a self check-in is carried out. The deposit must be paid in advance by card or you can stop by our offices in Portoferraio. Rental bed and bathroom linen can be collected in our offices.
