The Space:
Two double bedrooms available and a third bedroom with a small double & storage. The penthouse is located on the 1st floor of the building and there is no lift (8 steps). Hotel quality bed linen and towels are provided at the start of your stay.
The master bedroom, has a walk in closet and ensuite with bath and walk in shower. It also has a balcony that overlooking the communal garden as well as Syon Park.
The second bedroom comes with double bed only. Third bedroom does have an empty wardrobe shall you need more storage, please note this room does not have an office chair.
The bedrooms are located on the 1st floor as well as the second bathroom with bath.

The second floor presents a large reception with dining area and a modern separate kitchen. The kitchen is equipped to a basic standard.
The living room offers a smart tv and plenty of sitting space and the dining area accommodates 8 guests.
The property benefits from off street parking and allocated parking space for one car within the premises.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the whole property as well as communal back garden.

Kew Gardens is a 5 min drive and Syon Park is just behind, 3 minutes walk.
Heathrow Airport is 25 minutes drive and Gatwick 50 min away.
