The Heim Residences are delighted to offer our Scandinavian apartment, comprising of an large open plan living space, 2 king-size bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This stylish apartment in a highly sought after mill conversion. The unique design of the space combines 12ft high ceilings, polished concrete flooring, and high-end design whilst still capturing the character of the old cotton mill.

The Space:
The apartment is perfectly located on the eastern edge of the city centre, looking out over beautiful green space. With New Islington metrolink station on your front door, you can be in the main shopping and entertainment areas in 3 minutes (or in a 10-minute walk) - see reviews.

This large, open plan living space combines 12ft high ceilings, polished concrete flooring, high-end design whilst still capturing the character of the old cotton mill.

Vulcan Mill is a beautifully converted listed building and is the oldest working cotton mill in Europe. The unique design of the space combines original features with modern, high-end fittings and huge windows, looking on to open green space and fantastic views across the Manchester skyline, particularly at sunset!

The spacious and luxurious master bedroom boasts a king-size bed. The space also contains a large fitted wardrobe and dressing area, with 9ft mirrors and downlighting - perfect for getting ready.

The stunning Scandinavian boutique-style bathroom, wrapped in polished concrete, has a unique step-in couples rain shower. Plentiful down-lights light up the fantastic double basin and double mirror. Fresh bath linen and an assortment of luxury argon oil shampoo and conditioner, soap and hand sanitiser are provided complementary.

The newly installed, beautifully crafted open plan kitchen allows you to cook and entertain at the same time, as it is interconnected with the dining and lounge area. Complete with a two Microwave combiovens and a ceramic induction hob set into the stunning white marble work surface, this kitchen provides the perfect high-tech arena in which to show off your cooking skills or simply cook a nice family meal.

Additionally, the kitchen comprises of a large fridge-freezer and dishwasher. The bespoke marble top continues as vertical uprights which beautifully encase the kitchen island units. It also provides a house for pop-up electrical plugs and an undermount sink.

There is also a broad selection of hot drinks for you to choose from; tea, cappuccino, coffee etc.

The dining area and lounge is spacious, light and relaxing. The handmade bespoke dining table seats six people comfortably. It is also an excellent work space for those who may be travelling on business.

The living room has a super comfy six seater sofa and a 55" 3D curved smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime access as standard. It’s is not currently terrestrial connected. The sofa also converts to a comfortable sofa bed, please let us know if you wish to have this made up (extra charges may apply).

There are a number of on street parking spaces available all around the development free of charge, inside prescribed hours. You will never be stuck for a place to park your car(s). There is also a payable public car park 10m over the road opposite the development, where is costs est. £6 to park for 24 hours.

Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the whole apartment. There is a gym is located nearby which is shared with other members. Membership can be purchased from £5 per day or £19.99 per month.

In the unlikely event that the lift is not working, you will need to take the stairs. The code for all doors on the ground floor is C1246.

If you are staying for a number of nights, you may need to take any rubbish out to the waste deposit area at the back of the building. If you do so, you will need to walk back around the front of the building, through the pedestrian car park gate, re-entering the building as you did at check in.

The Neighborhood:
When you walk out the front door, your confronted with a beautiful open green space surrounding the New Islington Metrolink. Behind this is the stunning manchester skyline of contemporary apartment blocks and skyscrapers. It's just like being in the city, without being in it - work that one out!

Getting Around:
New Islington Metrolink is directly outside the front door providing instant access all over the city. There are beautiful walks down the canal which take you right into the epicentre in 10 minutes.

Other Things to Note:
In order to protect both the property and our guests, all guests are required to complete the MANDATORY deposit hold on our guest portal, powered by Enso Connect. The deposit hold places a £250 authorisation hold on a card of your choosing. No monies are taken from your card unless any damages are caused during your stay or additional fee’s are incurred during your stay. This could be for things like late checkout and other services, extra guests and or extra nights.

Please ensure these are completed prior to your stay as guests will not be able to access the apartments until your Enso verification and deposit hold is complete.

Terrible and wrongfully charged deposit fee!
Terrible customer service and an unexpected charge was made as a holding deposit (they won’t allow me to specify but it’s more than the cost) and despite leaving the apartment in good condition I was still charged the deposit fee! They’re scammers! Save your money!!
