Mamma Federica is a one of a kind property, located inside the Naturalistic reserve of Platani. It boasts an enchanting view of the African sea, as is Mediterranean called on this side of Sicilia. The golden beach, just 600 meters away from the house, is awarded repeatedly with the Blue Flag: A Paradise that you will never forget. The house, in a typical Mediterranean style, spreads on two levels. The ground floor has a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a living room with kitchen and a sofa bed, and a dining room. On the loft, there is a twin bedroom. The interior is new, bright, refined. The house is provided with all the main features for a holiday home as the A.C, a good Wi-Fi connection, dishwasher, washing machine. The exterior is the highlight of the property, with many corners where you can enjoy your Sicilian vacation. A balcony overlooking the sea! Again and again: Mamma Federica is a one of a kind!

Petit bijou

Petit bijou au bord d'un parc natutel régional avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. Villa bien équipée avec belle piscine. Pour les amoureux de la nature et de la tranquilité. Trés bon accueil des propriétaires.

Sehr schöner Außenbereich

Sehr schöne Aussicht, toller großer Pool, das Haus dürfte ein altes Bauernhaus gewesen sein, das schön renoviert war, für uns allerdings etwas beengt, da wir anderes gewohnt sind. Diese Enge wurde aber durch die sehr schönen Terrassen aufgewogen. Wir dachten auch, dass es einen direkten Weg zum Strand geben sollte, was aber nicht der Fall war. Dorthin musste man eher mit dem Auto fahren, ist ein öffentlicher Strand, mit vor allem mit Steinen und auch Sand. Für unser Wohlbefinden war aber der Strand nicht nötig, der Pool beim Haus hat uns vollends zufriedengestellt.

Secluded Private Resort

We loved this beautiful hideaway overlooking the ocean. We spent most of our time outdoors on one of the beautiful terraces or in the pool. The property is arranged so that you always have a choice of sun or shade. It was a delight to eat dinner to a beautiful sunset and fall asleep to the sound of the waves. Silvana was just lovely and speaks perfect English.
