Cozy apartment at the beach front

+ Nice apartment for a family of four (there is another sofa for sleeping, but the apartment is rather small for 4+), lovely terrasse with morning sun, small kitchen with the most useful things (italian coffee maker, pots, pan dishes, cups, ...), 20m away from the beach, max. 5min to the centre + we only had a couple of sunny hours (in sept from 8 to 11) so the apartment does not get heated (AC is there anyway) + convenient parking (there is an elevator from the parking up to the flats) + communication with agency was fast, no waiting time for the key + basic cleaning utensils are there (broom and bucket), everything else you'd have to bring
