ROOMS ARE INFESTED WITH BUGS AND HOST DOESN'T ANSWER MESSAGES.

Firstly, the host had forgotten that I was set for check in when we arrived. Then, when we got to the room (which was not at all the one that the pictures show) we were surprised with an infestation of little black bugs throughout the ENTIRE apartment. I was then in contact with the host but she was really uncooperative and even urged me to just spend the night with the insects anyways! That was completely ridiculous, so I had to check in to a nearby hotel that night after my family was exhausted from traveling all day. She then even completely stopped responding. Really horrible experience - can't believe I booked with this host.
