About 300 meters from Marielyst's beautiful sandy beach you will find this cottage which has undergone an extensive renovation. The cottage is furnished with entrance hall and open kitchen to the cozy dining room and living room with access to the south-facing, covered terrace. It is energy-friendly, as there is both an air / air heat pump and a wood-burning stove. The house contains three bedrooms divided into double bed (180 cm wide), double bed (160 cm wide) and double bed with a bunk above (a total of 3 beds). Bathroom with toilet, sink, shower and underfloor heating. There are activity rooms where the whole family can enjoy billiards, darts and table tennis. Lovely large plot where you can sunbathe and frolic. Not for rent to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
