Located in Akyaka region, our villa's pool is completely sheltered. Our one bedroom villa is a great option especially for couples and honeymoon guests. With its large pool section and interior, it offers you both a comfortable and spacious holiday. Major changes have been made in our villa, which was built as zero in 2021. A television has been added to the living room. It is a single storey and has a bed capacity of 2 people. Vehicle is required.

Note: The minimum rental is 7 nights.

* Bedrooms:
1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, 1 single bed, bedside table, air conditioning.
There are clean bedding sets and towel sets in the bedroom.
Bathroom: 1 bathroom, washing machine

* Living room: sitting group, television, air conditioner,

* Open Kitchen: Refrigerator, oven, kettle, tea machine, coffee machine, stovetop, hood, dishwasher, toaster, fork, spoon, knife, pans,
* Pool: There is a private swimming pool measuring 700 cm x 300 cm x 140 cm.

Garden: Pool, Sunbed, garden table chair set, etc. exists.

* Our villa is delivered to the guests in a clean way. Living room and bedrooms are air conditioned. There is wireless internet in the villa.

* Damage deposit Damage, loss, broken, dump, etc. A deposit of 750 TL is required at the entrance. If there is no problem such as broken, damaged or lost, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.

* Water and electricity (weekly usage quota 150 kW) is included in the price. If the electricity is exceeded, the exceeded amount is requested.
