Third floor with elevator, two bedroom apartment. Great location. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. Open space with full equipped kitchen, dining table, sofa. Balcony w sea view. Air Condition in every room. Fast Internet. Parking private.
Set at the limits of the old town and the new city of Chania from the west side by the sea.
Walk to the Old Venetian Harbor and the old town, Walk to the sandy beach of Nea Chora.
Nea Chora beach is a long sandy beach, located west of Chania city center. In frond close is Lazaretto island, you can visit by hiring a kanoe or a water bike. The main beach of Nea Chora is very well organized, with several amenities nearby. It is a nice sandy beach. Nea Chora is popular to locals for its fish taverns. Of course, there are many taverns, restaurants, snack bars and cafes in the area. The "Sardine Festival" is organized the first week of September at the beach of Nea Chora, with traditional music, dances and free fish for the visitors.

You can reach Xenia’s from the airport by taxi or rent a car which you can park in the parking space that we provide you for free! Also, you can take the bus from the airport to the city center and then take a taxi to Xenia’s!!

Amazing location and welcome!

Great communication before arrival and we were even picked up from the bus station after the airport! Greeted with fresh produce from the host's yard and given all the info we needed on the apartment and area. So helpful! The apartment was exactly as advertised, very cozy, great kitchen. Easy walk everywhere. Nice supermarket just up the block. The waterfront a couple blocks in the other direction and a lovely view of the old wall and sea off the balcony. Wish I could come back during hot weather to swim! Would stay here again in a heartbeat! 🤗
