Terrible

Dirty no bedding no WiFi the bed was the worst we had to buy sheets then the mattress was so flat my wife was in terrible pain with her back after two days she could hardly walk. Our entire holiday was a nightmare hence we had to come home on Thursday we couldn't do it anymore. We have reported all this to VRBO via email and are waiting for a response before we take matters further

Disgusting and filthy place

We booked via Vrbo and the first issue was they we were given no check in instructions so had to contact them three times before they responded. Let's start with positives - great location, fairy liquid left out to use, balcony nice and some parking available Now the negatives - The place is filthy! We had to clean the kitchen down because it was covered in food crumbs and dirt and there were used blood stained sanitary items left in the toilet bin as well as the kitchen bin not being emptied. The fridge also had left over food inside including really bad milk which smelt terrible, The balcony was also covered in cigarette butts. On the bed there is no duvet provided just an itchy blanket that looked like it needed burning and the mattress is so uncomfy with springs poking through. The shower we couldn't get the heat to change. It just didn't work and was boiling and there is no soap provided in the bathroom so you will have to bring your own. The worst part was the lack of instructions! We booked allocated parking, this isn't true it is first come, first served and was really hard to find. There is also a weird electric meter which you have to put an old pound coin inside to generate the electricity. Luckily there was one left on the top but if someone took this coin you wouldn't be able to work the system. We couldn't get the TV to work so decided to check the fridge and the plugs. Only when we realised the plugs were not working and the freezer compartment was melting we started opening cupboards looking for the fuse box. We found this weird meter and couldn't believe there was no information left out about this. When we put the pound in and turned the lever the WiFi kicked in too. Luckily our food had not been in the fridge too long but we just assumed the light was broken as everything else in the apartment was crap! In the advert it invites you to come and sit in the garden and have a Bbq. The grass is waist high on me and I'm tall and there is a dead rotting bird, bags of rubbish and a sky full of flies to really enhance your outside experience! The icing on the cake when we went to check out a family were screaming for help because they were locked in their room because the lock failed! We helped them and had to seek out a cleaner to ring someone because nobody answers the phone when you ring for support. Very disappointed and will never return!

A disappointment

We arrived at the property to find the room hadn't been cleaned,we were told to return in 90 minutes,the room still hadn't been cleaned.One hour later someone arrived to clean,we went a walk and returned to find a bed with only a bottom sheet,we had no pillow cases,top sheets etc,even the towel's were missing.The garden and barbeque area's were overgrown,the whole experience was a shambles.
