Beautiful house in front of the sea in La Victoria de Acentejo. Bright, with a large terrace with barbecue, where you can enjoy the spectacular sunsets of the area. Recently refurbished, with capacity for 2 people, fibre Wifi internet for teleworking, satellite TV and heated communal swimming pool during the winter months. Located in a quiet residential complex, with green areas, the house has all the ingredients for a unique holiday on the island.

It is ideal for couples and business trips, as it has capacity for 2 people, with a bedroom, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a nice living room. The large terrace of the house with barbecue and armchairs facing the sea and the Teide, where you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets of the area. The flat also has fibre Wifi Internet, designed for teleworking, television with international channels and all the necessary comforts.
It is located in a beautiful residential complex, with swimming pool, heated during the winter months and green areas. With a magnificent connection to the motorway for easy access to the rest of the island.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen, a nice living room, a large terrace where you can have breakfast or relax, fridge, microwave, hairdryer, television with international channels, Wifi fibre internet, sheets and shower towels, travel cot and high chair and communal swimming pool.

Wunderschöne Lage, aber schlecht ausgestattet.

Der Blick von der Wohnung auf das Meer ist ein Traum. Sie liegt 100m über einem steilen Abhang, ans Meer kommt man aber nicht. Leider ließ die Ausstattung sehr zu wünschen übrig. Es fehlte ein Wasserkocher, Schüsseln für Müsli und eine große Schüssel, um Salat anzurichten. Es gab insgesamt einen kleinen Topf ohne Deckel und noch einen großen Topf. Es fehlt einfach noch ein Topf in mittlerer Größe. Das erste Messer, das ich in die Hand nahm, fiel auseinander. Die anderen waren schlecht zu gebrauchen, da unscharf. Im Bad war die Halterung der Klobürste kaputt und die Duschtür war nicht ganz zu schließen. Die Bettwäsche war synthetisch, das empfanden wir unangenehm. Die Auflagen auf der Terrasse sind durchgesessen, die Tischplatte war nach unten gewölbt, sodass wir aufpassen mussten, dass die Teller nicht runterrutschten. Die Tischbeine sind so verrostet, dass sie hässliche Spuren auf den Fliesen hinterlassen. Der Wäscheständer war auch komplett verbogen.

Séjour avec vue océan

La terrasse est parfaite, le calme de l'endroit également. Un pur plaisir avec en prime, une piscine Ce qui nous a manqué dans ce logement suite, je pense, à une rénovation récente, a été acheté et fournit dans des délais très rapide, merci pour le service.
