Stornierung der Unterkunft 50km vor dem Ziel!!

Leider müssen wir von einer sehr schlechten Erfahrung berichten! 50km vor dem Ziel nach 1000km Anfahrt kam plötzlich und unvermittelt eine Stornierung, welche wir zufällig in den Mails entdeckten! Zwei Wochen vorher wurde die Unterkunft ohne Probleme bestätigt und natürlich auch von uns bezahlt! Die wahren Hintergründe dieses Schreckmomentes werden uns sicher verborgen bleiben, aber wenn man als fünfköpfige Familie unterwegs ist, kann man gerne auf solch eine Erfahrung verzichten! Die Sternebewertung aller Kriterien ist wenn man das Objekt gar nicht erreicht hat natürlich nicht möglich!

Perfect location to see everything

This apartment was in the best location to walk to pretty much everything. We had to grab a taxi to get to the Termini Station and to the Coliseum but for everything else we walked. The apartment was super comfortable with plenty of space. The master bath shower door handle was broken and Roberto noted that he had been waiting for parts for it for awhile, so we only had one shower to use (which was fine.. there were only two of us).. Also the coffee maker wouldn't provide coffee.. I tried everything but it just wouldn't give me my coffee. Other than that - the place was awesome. Lots of great places to eat and grab drinks within walking distance. Roberto met us when we arrived to show us everything and was available whenever we had questions. Thanks for the use of your apartment!
