Amna Olive is a sleek modern 225m2 bungalow with 4 en-suite bedrooms accommodating 10 guests in its specialty comfort mattress beds. The villa offers heated: floors, pool & terraces. The villa amenities are: full outdoor bbq/kitchen area, hot tub, table tennis, herb & fruit garden. The villa overlooks a valley as well as has a sea view. It is located in a secluded area of Amnatos village with a 9km drive to the Pigianos Kampos beach.

Layout

From the entrance the villa is an open concept of living room, dining and kitchen areas. The living room area includes a wide large sectional corner sofa with a 55 Smart TV with Netflix. The villa has a central air system, and can be individually controlled from the room as well as the villa has a calcium filter making conscious decisions for its guests.

The kitchen includes high quality full size appliances, as well as all the basic necessities for a meal prep during stay. The kitchen island, with breakfast bar and high backed stools suitable for 6 guests. Large patio doors merge the kitchen area onto the terrace where all outdoor amenities are found.

- 38m2 swimming pool (1,4m depth) with step access.The pool can also be heated with an additional daily charge, upon request.

The master bedroom is located separate from the other 3 bedrooms. An ensuite master suite includes a queen (1,80 x 2,00) size specialty comfort COCO mattress bed, and full quiet shut wardrobe. The bedroom has mosquito nets and automated blackout shutters.The bathroom has his and her shower kits, separate stalls for shower and toilet. Additionally in the master bathroom there is a fully private outdoor shower. The master suite includes patio doors and terrace furniture which connect to the outdoor common area.

On the opposite side of the kitchen, a small corridor leads to three bedrooms.

perfect stay in every aspect

Wir haben 14 Tage in der Villa Amna Olive im Zeitraum März/April verbracht. Das ist noch nicht Touristensaison, daher war wenig los. Aber gerade, weil es noch nicht Hochsommer war, war es sehr angenehm, warm genug zum Baden (auch im Meer), aber immer mal wieder auch windig und vor allem am Abend frisch. Den Pool haben wir beheizen lassen, so dass es immer angenehm war, ihn zu benutzen. Das Whirlpool macht auch kalte Nächte sehr sehr gemütlich. Das Haus ist wunderbar, alles top in Schuss (Baujahr 2020 laut Schild am Eingangstoor). Ein heller freundlicher Koch-, Ess und Wohnbereich, alles modern und funktional, die Schlafzimmer haben jeweils eigene Bäder mit Fußbodenheizung (das war sehr angenehm). Der "Masterbedroom" hat als Besonderheit zusätzlich eine private Außendusche. Der Aufenthaltsbereich im Freien ist wind- und sonnengeschützt. Da es bei uns Ende März immer wieder windig war, haben wir die Tischtennisplatte dorthin geschoben und so ließ sich auch trotz Windböen gut spielen. Ein Highlight ist sicher die voll ausgestattete Außenküche (mit Geschirrspüler!). Eigentlich ist es so schön, dass man das Haus kaum verlassen möchte, um etwas zu unternehmen. Der Blick aufs Meer und die weißen Berge ist jeden Tag anders und abwechslungsreich. Fast jeden Werktag kam Voula vorbei und hat die Schlafzimmer gerichtet, Müll entsorgt und alles in Ordnung gebracht, was an kleinen Handgriffen zu tun war. Sie ist eine liebe und gute Seele!
