Avoid if possible

I'll list out the key problems in order if severity: (1) Smell of raw sewage when you enter the apartment. The smell comes from beneath the sink and made the entire apartment putrid. (2) Missing key for locker room. Called and they told us there were supposed to be two keys, there was only one so we had to leave our equipment out in the locker room. (3) No toilet paper. No warning there was not going to be toilet paper, it was just missing. (4) No bag/liner in the trash can. (5) No towels/linens included. This was very poorly communicated. Overall, communication throughout the trip was poor. Honestly, for the price we paid, we were expecting something a little nicer.

L emplacement était bien , la superficie de l apparemment conforme Le problème vient de la qualité Je suis moi même propriétaire de 2 appartement et quand je loue mon bien je fais en sorte qu il soit conforme à la location Comme sur un commentaire précédent il n y avait pas assez de vaisselle 1 grande assiette et 2 petites cela n est pas suffisant pas de télécommande pour la télévision pas d ampoule de rechange pour la chambre Une procédure assez lourde avec obligation de payer la totalité très tôt et envoyer sa carte d identité et photo carte bleue obligation de prévenir à notre départ Mais quand nous communiquons sur booking mont blanc ils prennent note et c est tout Les commentaires des hôtes précédent n ont pas été pris en compte Je ne suis pas du genre à taper sur le malade mais quand on prétend à un prix au prestige d une station de ski on fait en sorte d être efficace et à l écoute

Limite arnaque

Cout élevé , et des prestations loin d'être à la hauteur. Logement sale à l'arrivée. Pas d'accès au casier à ski pendant toute la durée du séjour. Manque d'ustensiles de base : fourchettes (2 pour 4), bols 0, tasse 0, passoire 0, saladier 0 et seulement 4 assiettes plates. Pas de cintres, pas de pile dans la télécommande. Aspirateur défaillant et rien pour laver le sol. Il a fallu attendre le lundi après midi (pour une arrivée le samedi) et une multitudes d'appels pour obtenir les ustensiles permettant au minimum de petit déjeuner... Texte de l'annonce faux; pas de wc séparé, pas de TV dans la chambre.... Nous souhaitons une indemnisation pour le préjudice subi à hauteur d'un tiers du prix minimum en remboursement immédiat..
