Traumvilla für Ruhesuchende

Das Haus ist sehr schön, alles in gutem Zustand und hochwertig. Hauswirtschaftsraum mit viel Platz, Trockner und Waschmaschine. Von den Balkonen hat man einen tollen Ausblick bis zum Meer. Der Pool ist geschätzt 12 Meter lang; da kann man auch mal in Ruhe Bahnen schwimmen. Als das Poolwasser einmal trüb wurde, genügte eine w. App an den sehr netten Verwalter Toni und innerhalb von ein paar Stunden war ein Poolservice da.Wir waren als Familie mit sieben Personen da, genossen den Platz in und um die Villa, besonders die Abendessen an der langen Tafel auf der Terrasse. Und wo hat man schon ein eigenes Beachvolleyballfeld an seinem Ferienhaus?! Wir alle geben 5*! Wichtig zu wissen: auf dem Grundstück nebenan entsteht zwei neue Ferienhäuser. Wir glauben nicht, dass dadurch die Villa ihren Reiz verliert weil der Abstand ausreichend groß ist. Viel Baulärm wird auch nicht mehr zu erwarten sein, da nur noch der Innenausbau gemacht wird. Außerdem: ohne Auto geht’s nicht! Die nächsten Strände sind fußläufig nicht erreichbar. Und hoffnungslos überlaufen :( . Einkaufen kann man in Campos, ca. 15 km entfernt- die Spar-Märkte in Sa Rapita sind zu klein für den Wocheneinkauf.

Amazing villa with enormous grounds

This was better than expected. It's a nice, spacious villa with an amazing outside area. There is literally no one around for hundreds of meters. The views from the balcony are better than on the pictures. Perfect for morning coffees and viewing the sunset. There are many animals near the house, including multiple roosters. So if you are a light sleeper, you might want to bring ear plugs. The host answered questions quickly.
