Stunning location and garden views surround this peaceful and pretty cottage, renovated in 2021. Spacious downstairs sitting room with 3 seater sofa, TV, books and games, separate kitchen with double aspect views to garden and stable yard to the rear. Fridge freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, all new in June 2021.
Upstairs provides an open landing with sitting area, Kingsize bed with south facing window with views acrosss the garden and fields towards the Downs, Separate bathroom with a bath and shower attachment.
Outdoor seating, access to garden and use of outdoor pool by prior agreement.
Stable Cottage is detached but 20m from main property. Access and use designed to be private.

An excellent base for exploring the area . Property was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. Beautifully decorated and Victoria the owner couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful . We will be back .
