Excellent location!

The location of this apartment was PERFECT - an easy walk from the train station with luggage and kids, 1 min to the Kappell brucker bridge and an easy stroll to the old town. The apartment was spacious and well laid out and worked well with our 4 and 5 year olds. The kitchen could have done with a few more utensils to make cooking a bit easier, but we made do. It was great to be able to cook and not have to go out for all our meals. Communication with Novac and the team was extremely prompt. We definitely recommend this for a great stay in Luzern!

The location was great! Perfect for seeing the best of Lucerne. The apartment was large and had the basics. But the bathroom did not have a shower curtain or any hooks. Also, you need a key to exit the front door of the building, which to me is not safe in an emergency.
