Charming chalet-style, fully furnished house with back patio, located in an established residential neighborhood of Oaxaca.

Located in a natural reserve, the house offers a serene and safe environment. Decorated with artworks, the interior is finished with wooden oak paneling, floors and closets. It is surrounded by cypresses and old properties, flamboyant and jacarandas trees, in a Tuscan-like landscape. The house is protected by tall walls for major privacy. Located at a 10 minute car ride from the old historic city center of Oaxaca City.

Catch the bus which stops at the front door, 25 minutes (by bus) from the city center of Oaxaca, the lovely Zocalo and beautiful San Domingo Temple (no car necessary).

Walk through the neighborhood's cobblestone streets of San Felipe, surrounded by old properties and shops. We are at a 3-block walk to the supermarket, (La Regional), general store (Nashyneli), Butcher Cremeria (Arce), restaurants (Estudio 507...), weekly tianguis and the old San Felipe Apostol, Church.
