The house has three bedrooms, one double bed, two singles and a sofa bed. It also has two bathrooms, a very comfortable living room and a fully equipped kitchen.
The Portugalete metro station is less than 5 minutes walk away and the Renfe Cercanías train station is only 10 minutes away. There are also several bus stops on the Bizkaibus line.
