3 bed newly refurbished bungalow in town centre location in Troon, close to popular pubs, restaurants and minutes walk from the sea

Sunny Shores Cottage is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom semi-detached bungalow located in the centre of Troon. Recently refurbished, this luxurious property is set just a minutes' walk from many top restaurants and the beach.

Troon beach offers a beautiful walks and kids play areas. For the golf enthusiast you have came to the right place, local courses Royal Troon, Darley, Fullarton and Lochgreen all nearby. The 152nd Open Championship is also set for July 18-21, 2024, at Royal Troon.

The property benefits from a fully equipped kitchen which is open plan onto a dining area and lounge which features a comfortable sofa and TV. There are two bedrooms containing double beds, one of which hosts a newly fitted en-suite with a toilet and shower. The third bedroom contains two single beds. The other bathroom in the property is also newly fitted and has both a shower and bath.

The building benefits from main door entry to the front and rear of the property with on street parking.
Please note the apartment is non-smoking. If you fail toadhere to any house rules, your deposit will not be returned and additionalcharges may apply.  

Partying and excessive noise is not permitted in thisdevelopment, failure to comply will lead to a fine. 

Any Damage should be reported immediately and an appropriatecharge will apply.

Perfect location for Ayr golf trip

If you’re looking for a perfect spot to call home for a Ayr/Troon golf trip, this place is perfect. Centrally located between Turnberry (~35 mins south) and Western Gailes / Dundonald (~15 mins north) while walking distance to Royal Troon as well as numerous restaurants and bars. Place was comfortable for four adults and would fully recommend.

Top Quality

This property was perfect for our needs. Spotless clean on arrival. Really modern decor and facilities. Location is spot on. Two minutes walk from the Town Centre and golf courses. Would definitely stay here again.
