Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 2 bedroom/2 bath condo. Comfortable for sleeping up to 4/6 people. The spacious living room is furnished with a sectional couch, rocker recliner, an entertainment center for your enjoyment. The kitchen is equipped with a stove and a full refrigerator, dishwasher, drip coffee pot, keurig and all kitchen cookware needed for your stay. We provide bed linens and bath towels. The unit is a short walk to the pool, where you will find 2 charcoal BBQ pits. The property is just minutes away from all of best attractions restaurant row, Duplin Winery (highly recommend if you're a wine lover), Alabama theater, House of Blues, Lulu's at Barefoot Landing, are just a few of the nearby attractions. Minutes from Barefoot Landing, where there are many shops and restaurants to dine in Joe's Bar and grill, Flying Fish, Crooked Hammock Brewery, Taco Mundo, Wild Wing Cafe, River City Grill. Dick's Last Resort and more. A 15-minute ride to the Top Golf, Go-cart Speed park (arcade and go-carting), Broadway at the Beach, and Myrtle Waves waterpark. Just 2 miles from the beach, leave your car at the unit. From March to Sept enjoy a complimentary air-conditioned shuttle to the beach. Schedule is posted in the unit. Your beach items are welcomed aboard. Shuttle stop is a short walk from the unit. For the golf enthusiasts, choose from 4 world class golf courses, Dye, Love, Fazio and Norman course. All very scenic and challenging. GPS equipped golf carts make your play more enjoyable. So much to do for all ages of the family. Due to strict HOA regulations, trailers, boats motorcycles RV's and golf carts are NOT allowed overnight parking. Monthly rates available upon request. Rentals of 30 days or more require a 90 day cancellation notice...a 25% fee of the rental rate will be imposed of less than 90 day notice. Rates subject to change.
We have 2 beach chairs and one umbrella and boogie boards in the master bedroom closet for your use. Also a small cooler.

Felt like Home

We spent a month enjoying the view backing onto the golf course. This unit was well stocked with all amenities and very comfortable. The front parking lot/ sidewalks were very well lit and great for taking our dog out at night or early morning. Bert, our host responded very quickly to any questions we had. We enjoyed golfing, dining, shopping, the beach and relaxing at this location.

Great Barefoot Condo

It was a brief stay, but we enjoyed the condo. It was clean and nicely decorated. Super stocked kitchen, but did not have time to cook. King mattress was super comfy. Communication with owner was great.

Wonderful Vacation

We loved the property. It was just as the listing said it would be. Bert, the property manager was great to work with. The Keurig was not working and he replaced it right away. The unit was clean and very well equipped. We loved that it is a first floor unit, no stairs! We will definitely stay here again.

1st floor.... NO climbing stairs with groceries, young children, beach bags, golf clubs. The ease of in and out of the unit makes your stay more convenient. The view from the lanai down the 4th fairway of the Norman course is peaceful. Enjoy morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail. Plenty parking in front of the unit. The close proximity to the beach, dining, entertainment and shops no long drives.
