Lovely 40 m2 flat located in the 16th district in Paris, a safe and quiet neighborhood, this is a well-equipped flat perfect to enjoy your stay in Paris. Ideal for a couple or small family. We have taken care of the details and design of this apartment so you can feel right at home when you visit us. You’ll love its luminous living room and bedroom.
The place is located 10 minutes by walk from Passy, one of the most famous areas in Paris! The closest metro is Jasmin station (line 9), 4 minutes away by foot. The location provides cute restaurants from different cuisine types, as well as shops to make your daily shopping during your stay in this beautiful city.
The apartment is located on the 6th floor. Provided with an elevator, this is a secure building with a concierge. It is warm during the winter thanks to the central heating. Every room has a window so it will keep the fresh air during summer days.
The living room includes a cozy decoration and a comfortable sofa-bed providing a space for a third and fourth person to sleep and a TV. There’s a round dining table for 4 guests so you can enjoy your meals in company.
The kitchen has a stove with an oven and appliances such as a fridge, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, coffee machine, and you’ll find crockery as well.
The bedroom is naturally bright. It has a comfortable double bed and a TV.
The bathroom is down the corridor and you’ll find a washing machine you can use during your stay.
Every space is connected through a corridor. There, you can find storage for your shoes and coats just at the entrance.
There is fast Wi-Fi so you can work or study remotely. WiFi available in the kitchen, bathroom and living-room/dining area.
A security deposit of €500 needs to be delivered by 3 days before your arrival, this one will be given back 3 days after departure.
*Sheets and towels are included in the rate. We provide towels only for the number of guests, if you need more will have an additional cost.
*We do not accept groups of teenagers or unaccompanied underage guests. Minimun age to book must be 25 yo.
*We will be waiting to give you the keys. Check-in is available from 1 pm to 3 pm and from 8pm to 9 pm. After 9 pm there is an additional charge of 40€ until 11 pm, and 60€ until 00hs. Outside these hours please check with us for availability and rates.
Please let us know 24 hours in advance your arrival time to make sure someone will be waiting for you and you will be able to enter the apartment. If you arrive one hour later than the scheduled arrival time, there will be an extra charge of 25€.
*If you arrive after 9pm, the additional cost will be €40 and after midnight, it will be €60
