Santo Spirito, just a few minutes walk from Ponte Vecchio and Piazza Duomo, is ideal for those who wish to enjoy the rich history of the city. The apartment is the perfect choice for those with refined taste, take advantage of the décor and the numerous amenities offered by the property including unlimited Wi-Fi, heating and air condition.
The apartment is situated on the first floor, without an elevator. It is composed of 2 bedrooms, one with a double size bed and one with 2 single beds, offering max versatility, plus a sofa bed in the living room, a complete bathroom with shower, and a beautiful living room with a well equipped kitchen.
It can accommodate up to 6 people, though we recommend 4 adults and 2 children to be more comfortable.
The entire apartment has been recently renovated and decorated with attention to details and comfort.
The unit comes with air conditioning throughout the whole space, flat TV and a Fiber Option WiFi connection.
A fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer, moka, kettle, ecc.
There is also washing/dryer machine.
The apartment has all the comforts that a house can offer, quiet and stylish it's perfect for a comfortable stop during the visit of the beautiful Florence.
Absolutely great for a family or a group of friends.

Check-in time is 3PM - 7PM
As we don't have a front desk please let us know a precise arrival time at least 24h before check in date.
Any late check in must be requested and approved 24h before arrival.
Early and Late Check-In has an extra cost:
From 12 noon to 3pm: €10 ( €15 on weekends)
From 7pm to 8pm: €25
From 8pm to 10pm: €35
From 10pm to MIDNIGHT: €45
No check-in after MIDNIGHT, except for agreement made previously.
