Its modern villa in high -tech style located on the top of Costa Adeje area,Roque del Conde .
From the terrace , you can enjoy wonderful sea views of Playa Fanabe,Costa Adeje and Los Cristianos . Inside of the villa you will have 3 bedrooms with modern bathrooms, a separate WC downstairs with the shower, a fully equipped kitchen with spectacular view of La Gomera island and various lounge areas to relax in.The large outside space with the huge terrace from where you can enjoy a sunrise and sunset every day .
😉You can use fantastic private swimming pool which can be enjoyed all year round with electric pool heating included during the winter months. There are outdoor furniture and a dining area under the shade of the covered terrace, which is a perfect place to escape from the sun. You have your own barbeque area. Roque del Conde is a nice and quiet place for holiday , with a variety of restaurants and shops within a ten minutes drive down to Playa Fanabe or Costa Adeje .

Spacious villa and excellent size pool, loved by the whole family.However, a lot of maintenance is needed and if the villa had been kept fully maintained then it would be truly perfect. Broken garden chairs & sunbeds (& covered by ripped cushions too), no blinds or curtains in bedroom three, only one out of the three showers was fully working, toilet flush broken, window lock in kitchen broken so access could be gained from outside, satellite TV did not work, no washing-up bowl or plug to do the washing up, more cutlery, drinking glasses and tea mugs needed (unfortunately not enough for a family of 5), batteries in remote control for exterior sun blinds flat, unable to park car on secure driveway because electric gate not working!, bbq base had rusted through - this could be fixed by putting a new grill there for the charcoal to sit on. Also, it would be a nice little gesture if a bottle of water, some tea and coffee and milk had been provided, much needed after a flight. Just a little bit of attention to detail needed. The owner met us at the time agreed after confirming our arrival time when we landed at the airport.

Lovely villa in quiet residential area

We had a lovely stay at this villa. The area is up the hill from Costa Adeje so you need a car or taxi to get into town. We hired a car so this was no problem. The check in and out process was easy and the villa was spacious with everything we needed. The pool was huge but we did need to pay extra for heating which is mentioned in the listing. Heating was €50 per day so €350 for the week which was more than I was expected so factor this in to the price as otherwise the pool is cold. All in all, we had a wonderful holiday at this lovely villa.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans une maison spacieuse avec une vraie piscine pour nager, l’hôte Ludmila est vraiment de bons conseils et toujours à notre écoute , certaines choses sont vieillissantes mais ne gênent pas sur la qualité du séjour

Lovely peaceful location

The location is lovely and quiet, the pool is huge and I recommend paying the €15 per day to have it heated as this is not included. The outdoor seating and BBQ area is perfect for relaxing would definitely visit again

Belle semaine dans le sud

Située dans les hauteurs d'Adeje, la maison dispose d'une jolie vue mer, et d'une très belle piscine. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter le sud et profiter de la cote, la voiture étant indispensable pour aller à la plage. La maison est proche des commerces (centre commercial ..) et pas loin de l'autoroute , qui rayonner facilement dans les environs. La maison est bien équipée, certains équipements (mobilier) commencent à vieillir un peu, mais ne gachant aucunement le séjour.

Nice house with a great view and great pool

A very nice house in a very good location with great views and a wonderful heated pool. Some things need some maintenance but overall we had a great stay. This is one of the best locations in this region. You need a car to go to the beach but that’s clear given the location. And the house has a privat shadowed parking lot. Ludmila was a great host! We would definitely come back!

Relaxing home from home

The villa is situated high up so a car makes life much easier. The villa is spacious and clean and the Host very attentive and helpful. Some of the furniture needs replacing as the leather is cracked and peeling but it’s a small thing in a large and well stocked home. It’s a real get away holiday home with a fabulous large pool.
