Lovely house and perfectly situation for an exploration of Durham City and County

Location and convenience of public transport. Quiet street with off street parking. Felt safe and secure. Cosy house.

Beautiful house, communication difficult.

Very easy until my spouse came down with Covid add we had to delay out arrival by 2 days until he was out of quarantine. Let them know a week in advance. Spoke with someone who said we would have to chance through VRBO. VRBO said only the property manager could make changes. 3 hours on the phone with VRBO, countless email and phone messages to hc property went unanswered. They finally offered to refund one night, but I still need them to refund the other. Poorly organized, no communication. Beautiful property though, very comfortable.

Super erster Eindruck aber: Waschmaschine und nichts zum Aufhängen; zwei Fernseher, aber nur einer funktioniert; großzügige Küche, aber abgezählte Teller und Besteck; Klospülung läuft super langsam nach; viel Deko aber wenig Nützliches wie z.B. ein funktionsfähiger Staubsauger…wirklich gut war die superruhige Lage mit vielen Shops des täglichen Bedarfs um die Ecke; leider war die Agentur weder über Telefon noch über Email erreichbar
