A very comfortable and highly finished stable conversion privately tucked away on the edge of a large farm which has been in the same family for over 120 years. The last occupants were Dapper, a Clyesdale, and Prince a Suffolk Punch horse! With direct access to private woodland walks and country footpaths beyond, combined modern conveniences including underfloor heating, the barn makes for a perfect rural retreat.

Entrance Hall - Leads straight to the open plan kitchen and living room.
Kitchen Area - Galley style with sink, electric cooker & hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and round table with four farmhouse chairs.
Sitting Area - Open plan connected to the kitchen area with a large sofa and two arms chairs facing a 40" smart TV.
The Master Bedroom - King-sized bed with bedside tables and large built in wardrobes.
The Twin Bedroom - Two single beds either side of the window.
Bathroom - Bath, walk-in power shower, handbasin and lavatory.
Outside
Large covered recreation area with seating for two along with a ping-pong table. Secure off street parking and views across fields and woodland.

Quiet, well appointed, clean

You have everything you need, beds are comfy. Minor comments, a hand towel in the kitchen would be good, the TV is a bit small as it's a fair distance from the sofa. Lastly this is disabled specific, the rugs in the room aare all a trip hazard. Personally I think the barn would be better with no rugs.

Comfortable

Lovely location. A bit out in the sticks. Very comfortable especially in the winter time. Have to come back in the summer.

Disappointed

After reading such good reviews we were surprised to find the property and contents in such poor condition. Some of the kitchen equipment was not usable or inappropriate.
