About this property

This penthouse with its own private roof terrace is in a perferct location with supermarket and shops within walking distance . Also the local Dolmus bus runs every couple of minutes and stops all the way along to kyrenia at various beaches bars restaurants.
This exclusive villa is located a short walk from the Village shop Supermarket and local restaurants.
The Turtle Beach is 5 minutes in a car and has Turtle Hatchings at certain times of the Year great for the little ones.
Distances:
There are local supermarkets only a short distance away. The beaches run right along the coast road, with local buses stopping all the time. A car may be advisable.
In Kyrenia there is a splendid Venetian harbour, around which are many restaurants and bars. It is said to be the prettiest harbour in the Mediterranean.
The apartment now has the addition of a new electric roof with lights on the roof terrace.
