Guglielmo is a fantastic host!

Guglielmo was awesome to deal with. Great communicator, always prompt replying, great attitude before and during the stay. The two only issues: for a short stay (2 nights) we researched a place to stay with a) parking (since we were renting a car) and b) we definitely needed air conditioning, since we visited during a heat wave throughout Italy. This property advertises parking "on site", but it is not the case. (Guglielmo has a deal with a nearby parking garage), and the air conditioning was not adequate to cool down the apartment. (Guglielmo provided us with two fans, even thou the upstairs loft, where the second bed is located, was almost unusable due to the high temperature). I accepted the stay when Guglielmo told us about the parking not on site, and that still worked out well for us. The location is fantastic! And no, we couldn't hear the market as other reviewers pointed out. We'll stay again, with cooler weather. Thanks Guglielmo.

Mixed Evaluation

The accomodation was less than we expected ( cramped kitchen, third floor/ no lift, noisy because of market in front, mattress inadequate) given the price paid. But communication and welcome by owner was exemplary and flat was within walking distance from station, main sights and services.
