The independent kitchen is fully equipped and complete with dishwasher, coffee machine, juicer and toaster, and also has a french door from which guests can access the property's garden. The living room overlooks the garden and the covered terrace equipped with a table with chairs and comfortable armchairs, where guests can relax while enjoying a beautiful view of the greenery and glimpse of the lake.
On the ground floor guests will also find two bedrooms, furnished with a queen size bed, wardrobe and air conditioning. Both have access to the terrace of the property through french doors. The floor is completed by the bathroom with shower, toilet and hairdryer.

Then comes the basement floor, accessible via internal stairs and consisting of a large relaxation area with sofa and dining table, and the third bedroom with a queen size bed, wardrobe and en suite bathroom with shower, toilet and hairdryer.

Maderno praises a large and well-served beach that organizes parties and events, on the lakefront in the large green area of the former Equestrian Field, such as regattas and trophies with music and dances of all kinds. Toscolano is famous for its large campsites close to the beach and the famous Thursday morning market, where guests can participate in tastings of typical local products such as Garda DOP olive oil and its wines. Not to be missed in Toscolano, the Museum of Paper, which is located in the beautiful “Valle delle Cartiere”, therefore an opportunity to make a cultural visit also a naturalistic excursion
