This beautiful and modern 2 bedroom apartment with extra sofa bed is located in between Turnpike Lane and Hornsey stations just 6min walk from Hornsey rail station and 8min from Turnpike Lane tube station on the Picadilly line. It comes with patio and shared garden that adults and kids can enjoy. It is very well connected with central London and there are some amazing areas close by like Crouch End (10min walk) and Muswell Hill, parks (Alexandra Park with picnic area and lake).
The space
Flat has just been renovated and furnished for this occasion. It is very family
orientated where 2 adults and 2 children can sleep comfortably plus a sofa bed for one more extra person. Each bedroom has a small desk and sitting area, good size wardrobes, new and comfortable beds and mattresses, and plenty of light and ventilation. They face a back road so they are very quiet too.
The bathroom is very spacious, new, and with a lovely shower.
There is a fully equipped kitchen, with beautiful stoneware crockery, and all
the elements you will need to cook as if you were at home. There are also
amazing local restaurants and take-away places if you want to relax and enjoy
London’s amazing food variety.
There is a balcony with three seats with a great view of a shared garden.
Guest access
There are amazing areas near by like Crouch End (10min walk) and Muswell Hill a bit further up, Alexandra Park with picnic area and lake to walk around or enjoy the coffee in cafe, Priory Park with the pool, sports courts and many green areas.
Being minutes away from the Picadilly line (Turnpike Lane station),
not only gives you direct access from Heathrow airport by tube, but
also means you are one tube ride away from the main attractions in
Central London such as: King’s Cross, The British Museum, Covent
Garden, Liecester Square, Morgate and all those main attractions you
don’t want to miss during your stay in London.
The tube, busses and the Great Northern line train will be best allies
to enjoy and discover my favourite city in the world!
Other things to note
Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time of 6 P.M. instead of 3 P.M.
The property will only accept the number of adults booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted.
Each guest will be asked to present a form of identification once the reservation has been created and upon check-in.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked-in.
Check-out at any other time apart from the designated arrangement of 10AM on the morning of the last day without prior mutual consent, you will be liable for a call-out charge of £55. This fee will account for the extra costs towards the housekeeper for working overtime, sending a worker to travel to a different location to obtain another set of keys, payment for producing a separate key and cancellation/rescheduling the cleaning services.
Should the above policies not be respected, a penalty fee will apply to the guest(s) for any damage(s) caused to the property.
A penalty fare of £150 will be charged on your deposit if you smoke in the property.
