Blissful country stay
We spent 3 blissfully quiet nights in the ‘Beautiful barn conversion’- Ditchling is a picturesque & easily walkable town in the South Downs, & the cottage itself is very comfortable & beautifully decorated & provisioned- even down to a wonderful welcome basket, with wine & all sorts of food goodies- thank you so much Melanie & Neil! Great hosts, always quick to reply to any questions. Highly recommend!

Home away from Home
We stayed in the beautiful barn in early February of 2023 while we were visiting family. My husband is originally from England, so we stay for extended periods when we visit England. The barn was the perfect home away from home for us. There was plenty of room for our family of four and our nanny. The house was extremely clean, included all the amenities you could think of, had a very well stocked kitchen and was just as cozy as could be. We were so appreciative of all the extra touches that made traveling with our infant and toddler easier. The hosts, Neil and Melanie, were so friendly and made sure we had a cot for our daughter and a high chair. We loved staying in the Ditchling/Hassocks area and were conveniently located to spend time with family members in Horsham and Brighton. If you're looking for a lovely place to call home while on holiday. I can't recommend this place enough. It's brilliant!

A slice of Sussex bliss
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Mulberry Barn. It was blissfully quiet and the local village has a friendly feel. There are a couple of pubs - but no real place to do any grocery shopping - so do bear this in mind.
