Located in the Chamartín neighborhood, just 5 minutes from the Santiago Bernabeu stadium, home of the Real Madrid Futbol Club and a few minutes from Paseo de la Habana, one of the most sought-after streets with the most select properties in the city. A few meters away you will find the Chamartín Market, the highest quality market in the city, ideal for those who enjoy fresh or gourmet products, since strolling through its stalls or having an aperitif is a real delight that anyone will enjoy. It is an area in which the executive environment coexists with the residential one.

The studio is located in a residential building, with direct access from a very quiet street. It is a study of about 30 m2 completely renovated, with large security windows. It has a double bed and a double sofa bed, giving a total capacity of 4 people. It has a full bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchenette with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven and fridge.

Estancia en el apartamento muy agradable a pesar de estar a pie de calle

El cajón de los cubiertos está bastante escondido, es difícil de encontrar. Se podría poner un cartel para identificarlo más rápidamente. La Tv no dispone de los canales habituales.
