Villa Alexandra is a 1930s villa in the hills of Villefranche is a jewel. Perfect for a family getaway with a heated pool, beautiful decoration with french touches.
Views of the sea from every room and 3 terrasses. 3 bedrooms in the main house. The master suite is a unique 2 level dressing room with en suite. There is a studio off the pool with full kitchen and en suite. . Parking for 2 cars. Gourmet kitchen and coffee and tea bar on the second floor. Sleeps 7 adults and 1 sofa bed for a child Romantic outdoor bathtub off the master suite. gaz BBQ and seating for 8 on the terrace. Smart Tv and fast fiber internet. Beautiful villa optimized for Extended Family Stay

We had a lovely week at Villa Alexander this summer. We visited as an extended family and we so enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean, well-appointed, stocked with amenities and was very easy to navigate. We enjoyed lovely dinners on the patio, swims in the pool and watching fireworks from the deck. Molly made it so easy with a very welcoming check in and recommendations for how to spend our time in Villefranche. We will be back!

Perfect!

This property is perfect and amazing in every way. The property itself is beautiful, furnished with absolutely everything needed, decorated with style, top appliances and equipment, close to amenities (market, bakery, butcher, restaurant, buses etc), plush towels and bathrobes, comfortable beds…we could not find anything missing. We stayed 7 adults and had plenty of space. As for the manage, Molly, she makes the whole experience fabulous with all the little attentions; champagne and wine left for the renters, a full platter of « viennoiseries « , fresh cut flowers everywhere, high end toiletries and mostly, always available for any questions or needs. HIGHLY recommend

Merveilleuse Villa

La villa Alexandra est vraiment magnifique ! La décoration a été pensé avec beaucoup de goût, des objets dans chaque pièce placé parfaitement. Chaque pièce a également son parfum , ce qui est tres agréable en entrant. Nous avons vraiment été ravie de notre séjour , de la tranquillité du lieu et de la proximité de commerces alentours de qualité ! Seul bémol, les chambres n’ont pas de volets, ce qui fait le bonheur des lèves tôt mais pas des grasses matinées 😉

Heavenly, a perfect situation with amazing facilities......

A truly magical villa in a beautiful location. Molly was delightful and ready to tend to all our needs and it was lovely to be welcomed with a glass of prosecco on arrival and listen to her recommendations. The house is well situated for access to nearby Beaulieu, Eze and Villefranche which are all idyllic & picturesque locations. It is a short walk to local shops which was welcome so we could maximise enjoyment of the villa & pool. Bedrooms were welll appointed and comfortable and the the kitchen has every appliance needed. Furnishings, towelling and personal effects are all high end which was a delight. Thank you for making our holiday so special, we will return soon.

This home is owned by Marta and Horace who live in the north of France. Much care has been put in to the decoration of this special place to make it feel like home. My name is Molly and I am an American who has lived in France for 20 years and I take care of this lovely place for them. I will be there to meet you and take care of you during your visit.

Why they chose this property

This is perfect spot to see the coast, well located near Nice and Monaco. The village of Villefranche has 28 restaurants, beach clubs, boating and sites to see. The house would work well for 2 families on vacation, lots of seating outdoors and private terrasses to get away.

What makes this property unique

The thing to love about this place is the views of course. The pool is in the center of the outside terrasse. Outdoor bathtub for 2 on a private terrasse is lovely for a hot summer night. Coffee on the balcony outside the master in the morning to see the sunrise.
The studio off the pool is perfect as a grandparents suite, with a full kitchen and shower room. The large iron gates to the entrance really give it that french feel
