Welcome to our newly refurbished modern apartment. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located cosy nest on Roker sea front. Situated just a stone’s throw away from the beautiful North East coast Seaburn.

Enjoy the sea front walk while taking in the amazing scenery, a coffee & visit the history of Roker.

Close to several bars/pubs, cafes, restaurants and amenities. Whilst you visit us you may wish to visit some of the local city centre Sunderland and enjoy the north east traditions!
Polite reminder we don't allow pets, parties, smoking or candles.
Roker is a lively and friendly coastal town by the sea. There is plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance at the marine walk and also on our door step of the apartment we have poetic licence, a great place to try some different Gins. We are only a 20 minute walk to the main city of Sunderland and the stadium of light. We also have the national glass centre only a 10 minute walk along the riverside that hosts many exhibitions and art displays. Adjacent to Roker we have another popular seaside resort called Seaburn. Seaburn hosts more very good restaurant and the stack, which is a food and entertainment venue.
We provide a free parking space at the front of the property for one vehicle (numbered 2).

Guest's have access to the full apartment and outdoor private garden space.
The apartment is situated within a newly refurbished block of apartments on the sea front. It provides an open plan living area with the lounge and kitchen. The kitchen has a has fridge/freezer, oven/grill, 4 plate induction hob, sink with drainer, dishwasher and washing machine. A must have coffee machine, kettle and all kitchen essentials are supplied.

There is French doors at the rear of the open planned kitchen and living area which opens up onto a private outdoor space. Provided with artificial grass and seating for youth enjoy the sun set and a drink.

The apartment accommodates 2 adults in a comfortable double bed just to the right of the entrance hall, with a window overlooking your private outdoor space.

Free parking space outside of apartment. Additional parking available. Easy transport links with bus stop right outside the front of the premises. 10 minute walk to Metro links from nearby coastal area Seaburn. Making this an accessible and desirable location for anyone wanting to visit more or the north east or passing through on business.

Great location
The property is spotless and the owner Ryan was great, he kept in contact to make sure everything was ok. The location was ideal for a walk up to the lighthouse to watch the dolphins. Great gin bar just down the road and the Italian restaurant a few doors down at the Roker hotel was excellent.
