About this property

Apartment with balcony inside the residential complex with shared pool, in a very quiet area and very close to the lake, in Manerba del Garda.

The apartment, located on the first floor, opens onto the living room furnished with a double sofa bed, a flat-screen tv, a dining table with chairs. In the same room there is a well-equipped open-plan kitchen, also fitted with a microwave, an oven, an electric kettle, a toaster and an American coffee machine. The living room leads to the private covered terrace, provided with a dining table with chairs for outdoor breakfasts with a nice view of the greenery, the pool and the lake in the distance.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: the first one comes with a comfortable queen size bed and a wardrobe, while the latter is equipped with a bunk bed and a wardrobe. Finally, a full bathroom with shower and a washing machine completes the apartment.

*The pool is available from May 15th to September 30th. Swimming cap is required.
A private parking space is available to guests.
A baby cot and a high chair can be installed upon request with a small extra cost.
*Air conditioning is provided only in the living room, while the bedrooms have fans.

The town of Manerba is surrounded by the green of the hills of Valtenesi, and in the hinterland agricultural estates offer tasting of Garda oil and D.O.C wines, experiences of horse riding, local trattorias and splendid golf courses. Manerba del Garda also offers excellent campsites and tourist villages, easily reachable by bus, and well connected to the main attractions. The residential area is protected by the Rocca di Manerba, a hill overlooking the lake, and destination of a pleasant walk through the Natural Park, where it is possible to see a large part of Lake Garda and some of its islands.

The airport of Verona can be reached with a 45-minute drive.

Erwartungen wurden nicht ganz erfüllt

Die Ferienwohnung war bei unserer Ankunft nur sehr oberflächlich gereinigt worden, und der Abfluss der Spüle war undicht. Obwohl uns zugesagt wurde, Abhilfe zu schaffen, ist während des gesamten Aufenthalts nichts unternommen worden. Hilfreich wäre auch der Hinweis gewesen, dass im Pool Badekappenpflicht besteht, und dass weder Liegen noch Sonnenschirme vorhanden sind. Da die Umgebung sehr schön ist, haben wir trotzdem unseren Urlaub genossen, würden aber diese Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schöne Anlage, gute Ferienwohnung in Manerba

Die Ferienanlage in Manerba di Garda war sehr schön! Ruhig gelegen und dennoch in der Nähe von dem was man so im Urlaub braucht, wie bspw. See, Restaurants, Bäcker, Sehenswürdigkeiten. Unser Highlight war der wunderhübsche Garten mit dem tollen Pool. Sehr gepflegt. Die Wohnung entsprach den Fotos, war sauber und hatte das Nötigste. Vom Balkon aus sieht man den See glitzern... herrlich. Die Mitarbeiterin von Snale war hilfsbereit, freundlich und gut erreichbar für uns (trotz Sonntag). Die schnelle und unkomplizierte Kommunikation per WhatsApp war hilfreich.
