Stylish, Clean and Modern

Our contact (Ignacio) was great - very responsive and good English skills. On-site porter had no English, but was very helpful. spectacular beach view and access. Some road noise due to location on very busy rambla. Hot water is VERY hot so be careful. Parking is available in garage for additional charge. Laundry is available in building for no additional charge, but must supply your own detergent. Devoto store a few blocks away for any items you need. Una Copa restaurant around the corner was excellent! Co-owner (Lua) speaks English and is delightful. Suggest you Uber to most sites as parking in city is very challenging. Montevideo is modern, clean and safe, except stay out of Old town after dark as we were cautioned it is dangerous. Limited English spoken here so brush up on key Spanish phrases. Great experience overall! We would stay here again.
