Located in Toulouse Sud, halfway between Rangueil and Airbus industrie, Parc des Expos, 5 minutes from the Stadium by Bus.
Apartment completely renovated, on the ground floor of a small 2-storey residence. You will enjoy the garden terrace not overlooked and quiet, as well as secure private parking. The apartment has an entrance, a separate bedroom with a double bed, a main room with a fully equipped kitchen area and a lounge area with a convertible slatted sofa (140cm). Shower room and wc. Flat screen TV + DVD + CD-radio, as well as unlimited WiFi internet connection. Documentation on Toulouse and its region available as well as tourist guides. Tastefully decorated, you will find there all the comfort necessary for a pleasant stay in our Gîte en Ville. Bus and Vélib in front of the Residence to go to the historic center of Toulouse. Direct access, 20 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by bus. Tourist tax € 1.65 / day / adult.

Toulouse is a great city to visit for a week!

Convenient location with good transportation links not far. Very clean apartment with lots of shopping nearby. Outdoor patio was private with many beautiful plants (though bug spray recommended on some nights). Overall, we really enjoyed our time in Toulouse and the surrounding regions and would stay at the apartment again.

Spacieux et bien placé

Logement très bien équipé, bien placé avec les transports, commerce et médecins ( on ne sait jamais), laboratoire (pratique pour test PCR): tout cela en moins de 2 mn à pied. La propriétaire est à l'écoute et très gentille. Après 3 semaines en famille, nous nous sommes retrouvés comme à la maison avec en prime une cour extérieur. Je recommande vivement.
