Nice studio apartment in the Crocetta area, ideal for a couple or a worker on a business trip.

The apartment is located on the raised ground floor and has a small entrance that leads to the bathroom and the room with a wooden kitchenette on the left, in front of the sleeping area with double sofa bed and a loft French size bed. Even the table is foldable to have more space to walk around the apartment.
The presence of free wi-fi and central heating makes the apartment ideal for longer stays or for remote working, as well as for a short-term stay to visit the city thanks to its proximity to the center and services. It is also convenient to reach the hospital area and the PalaAlpitour.

A dump (almost literally). The apartment smelles of cigarettes and the dumpsters located just outside it’s window. Electrics are dangeorous and the renter charges hidden charges for tax and check in without telling about them before customer committing to no refund reservation. Plumbing in the building is so noisy, that you will wake up when other tenants flush their toilets. A minor positeve was the person conducting the check in, who was pleasant and professional.
