Ideal for families, this stylish stone villa with pool is located in a very exclusive part of Montpellier, just a few minutes malk to the local shops and tennis club with gym and spa; it is also conveniently located near the tram station of Saint Lazare, which is barely 5 stops to the heart of Montpellier city.
This villa is composed of large 60 square meters south facing living room and open dining area with french windows opening straight onto to garden where a couple of wooden sun deck chairs sit in a peaceful environment, just perfect for an afternoon rest. The partly open Provencal style kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances and an eat in table and chairs.
There are 3 double bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom or shower room. The main bedroom is equiped with an indoor bicycle and a large south facting terrace equiped with a deck chair and plants. The second bedroom has an ensuite shower room and views all around over the trees. The Third bedroom has direct access to a garden level south facing terrace with table and chairs for two, ideal for morning breakfast or afternoon tea.
The roof terrace has stunning views over the legendary Pic Saint Loup and over the green hills and is equipped with a dining table and chairs, most appreciated for and evening drink al fresco.
The geometrical shaped overflowing swimming pool is surrounded by trees and next to a pool house fitted with a barbecue and furnished with a table and chairs.
There is a private parking area for up to 2 cars.
