Character Cottage built in 1860's, Great Access to Lake District

Kendal Cottage is a character cottage built in the 1860s. Kendal is an historic market town with lots to see and do, such as Kendal Castle; with a variety of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. The property is a 5 minute walk into the town centre. Windermere is a 15 minute drive away with a bus stop opposite with regular buses. The cottage is very close to 2 golf courses and Kendal Fell which is a lovely walk. It is perfect for accessing all of the lake district and all it has to offer :)

Recently renovated and newly furnished with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The cottage sleeps up to 6 with two bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the living area. The kitchen has underfloor heating and utility for extra space. The two bedrooms upstairs both have fantastic views over Kendal and nearby hills. Automatic lights in the bathroom. Outside is a small garden with space to sit and enjoy the sun.
There are games for family time or TV to sit and relax. It is close to Kendal Green which is a popular area with space to walk or children to run. High chair, travel cot, baby bath and changing mat all provided for young children. No pets sorry
Guest access
Access can be gained via the front door. A smart lock keypad is in place and the code will be sent to guests before their arrival. Once at the property access will be available via the back doors into the garden.

Good venue for mountain festival
Good use of space in small property. Very clean and well kitted out. Nice walk into town. Suggest - including house number in directions - this would make it easier to find when arriving in the dark.

Wonderful experience
We had a wonderful time at this lovely cottage, styled in a modern way and great access to all the close by spots. Amazing hospitality from the hosts- hope to be back again!
