This semi-detached villa with one floor has a spacious living room with television and air conditioning. The kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and bar is fully equipped. In addition, the villa has two bedrooms, one with a 2-pers. bed and one with two 1-pers. beds, and two bathrooms with (separate) toilet.

Outside, you will find a lovely terrace (20m2) with garden furniture, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. The swimming pool (13,5m x 6,5m) is shared with the villa adjacent. There is a private parking space (with possibility of electric charging) at the villa.
