About this property

Holiday cottage located on a natural plot a few minutes walk from one of the best beaches at the west coast. The town has a lot of restaurants and shopping possibilities. You can drive your car onto the beach and the water's edge at Vejers. The house has a good layout suiting both one or two families sharing. All bedrooms are spacious and the living room has a cosy decor. There are several terraces surrounding the house where you can enjoy the sun and nature. No letting to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

Gute Ausstattung (reichlich sauberes Geschirr, Geschirrspüler, Herd mit Umluft-Backofen und Cerankochfeldern, Sauna...), ruhige Lage. Der Strand ist nicht allzu weit weg und durch die direkte Nähe zum Wald kann man schnell eine Runde spazieren gehen oder wandern. Morgens bekommt man auch mal Besuch von Rotwild. / Bei der Umfrage gibt es leider kein Feld für Dinge, die mir nicht gefallen haben. Deswegen schreibe ich dies hier: Die Steuereinheit des Warmwasserboilers hat auf der Rückseite offene elektrische Kontakte! Das geht gar nicht! Bitte unbedingt reparieren!

Es lohnt sich in dem anliegenden Waldgebiet zu wandern! Ein Ausflug zum Leuchtturm von Blåvand ist ebenfalls ein Muss. / Im Winter kühlt das Haus leider recht schnell aus, sodass pro Tag mit ca. 20 Euro Stromkosten für die Heizung zu rechnen ist. Bringen Sie Brennholz für den Kamin mit, aber wegen des Grundrisses des Hauses müssen die hinteren Schlafräume trotzdem definitiv elektrisch geheizt werden! Die Sauna haben wir aus Zeitgründen leider nicht benutzt, aber der Ofen (ebenfalls elektrisch!) macht den Eindruck, als würde er seine Zeit brauchen um voll aufzuheizen.
