Modern unit in the great location

The unit is right at the Trafalgar Square. We could walk to all major attractions. Unit is very spacious with 3 separate bathrooms, has washer and dryer and was perfect for the family of 5. The host was very responsive and made our stay/process very easy.

Not as advertised

Upon arrival to the apartment we were greeted by our enthusiastic host. If only the apartment lived up to his effusive introduction of it. Air-con worked unevenly; leaving one bedroom freezing and the other boiling hot. The closets contained an enormous amount of the hosts (I presume?) belongings. Same for the medicine cabinets. There was also half-eaten food in the fridgerator. The door to the washing machine was broken and the dryer malfunctioned. This was especially frustrating as we had been abroad already for over a week and needed to launder our clothes!

Best possible location!

This beautiful apartment is centrally located - within a 15 minute walk of many tourist attractions. A short walk to Covent Gardens for outstanding restaurants or Chinatown. Ten minutes to the Thames to get the Uber boat to the Tower of London. The apartment is spacious and well appointed. It was perfect for the 5 of us!
